After an undefeated regular season, the varsity team has made an exciting run through the post-season with Championship wins in District, Bi-District and Area.
This past week, they defeated Georgetown High School 10-5 in Regional Quarterfinals, Foster High School 10-2 in the semi-finals and College Station High School 10-4 in the finals to clinch the Region 3 Championship trophy.
The girls were clutch in doubles winning all three matches with an exhilarating come-from-behind win at line three by our freshmans Bella Dixon and Aarya Sharma to put the team up 4-3. With 12 singles matches in play, senior Milo Kevorkian closed it out with the 10th win and seniors William Gu and Wendy Geng close to winning their matches for added insurance.

Please cheer on these players when you see them in the halls as they prepare to leave Tuesday after school for the State Tournament in Waco. They will begin competition on Wednesday against Champion High School (Boerne) at 11:30 at the Waco Regional Tennis Center.
