  • Link to livestream will be on the LASA website home page 10 minutes prior to event start. Presentation will be livestreamed beginning promptly at 6:30pm.

• During the LASA Info Nights you will hear about what LASA has to offer from a LASA administrator and current LASA students. 

 

Prospective students and their families are welcomed onto the LASA Campus. You will be able to walk around the school, attend an application workshop presentation, explore our many classes, and attend performances by our Fine Arts programs. Keep an eye out for the sessions where you can meet with current students or current parents to get their take on the LASA Experience. For families who can only attend one event on campus, we suggest you attend this one!

We will have 4 virtual Saturday sessions where students and parents can attend to get any help with the application from the LASA Mentoring Committee. These sessions are completely optional and run by parent volunteers. No LASA staff will be present and attending has no bearing on LASA acceptances.  We are here to help! 

More information can be found on the sign up form. Bring your drafts for the short answers and/or creative project with you to the session, come practice the sample questions for Admission test and/or get help with your portal account.

    • Students do not need to register or bring anything for the test, simply show-up at LASA 15 min before the test as we will begin promptly. 

    • Students who need testing accommodations may request those by filling out this form no later than Monday, 1/06/25 for the test on 1/11 no later than Monday, 1/20/25 for the test on 1/25.  Accommodations will be available at the morning testing sessions only, not afternoon.

• NOTE! Students may only attend one testing session. If a student is found to have attended two testing sessions, only the results from the first session they attended will be considered.
   

• Shadow Dates will begin January 13th and end February 4th.  There are a limited number of spaces per day.

• Only students who have submitted their completed LASA Supplemental Materials form will be allowed to request a shadow date. Parents must have begun the Enroll Austin application and ranked LASA as one of the schools their student is interested in attending.

• Information on how to request a date to shadow is sent to student after the LASA supplemental materials form is submitted.

• Q/A Coffees for Parents of LASA Admitted Students for 2025-26

  • These are informal coffees (come to either) for parents of students that applied to LASA for 2025-26 school year

  • Come & Go and Get Your Questions Answered by Current LASA Parents

  • No LASA admin/officials will be present so you can ask the questions to get the current parent experience/perspective
