Senior Yearbook Pictures Booking Instructions

LASA Senior Yearbook Photos Saturday, Oct. 19

The second Cady Senior Roadshow session will be October 19 in the LASA large gym. This is for the FREE Yearbook picture, which will appear in the yearbook. If
you want to purchase the digital download, or take extra photos in front of other backdrops, you can choose that at checkout. There will be two extra backdrops
available on campus.

If you would like a more robust senior portrait session with Cady, you can book it at their studio, near 183 & 1431. You can also go directly to the studio just for the yearbook
headshot if you prefer to do that. Please note that Cady is our contracted yearbook photographer; to appear in the yearbook, seniors must be photographed by Cady.

A cap and gown will be provided by CADY for the yearbook session. The cap and gown photo is the one that will appear in the yearbook. If you choose to do the additional
backdrops please bring whichever wardrobe you’d like for that.

1. Click the black “Schedule Now” button at the bottom of the page. A pop-up window comes up for school selection. Select or type “Liberal Arts and Science Academy.”
2. On the next page, where it says “pick your favorite scenes...” scroll to the bottom where it says “At your school.” You must select the two choices there (“Timeless” and “Exposure”) to move on to the next page, even if you do not want those special sessions. Click "Continue to Sessions"
3. On the next page, scroll to the bottom and select “Yearbook Only Session," then click the black "Continue to Finalize" bar at the bottom. Click "No thank you" on any pop-up ads for graduation announcements, etc.
4. On the next page (which says "Finalize your yearbook only Photo session" at the top), click the black “Continue to Options” button on the bottom (unless you want to pay for extra poses, etc.).
5. The next page also says “Finalize your yearbook only Photo session.” Click the black “Continue to Options” button on the bottom.
6. At the top of the next screen, change the selection to “School” instead of “Studio,” then select your day and time for October 19th. Click the black "Continue to Checkout" button at the bottom of the screen. There will be one other date for campus added later in the semester. I’ll send an email once I know the final date.
   NOTE: If you are booking at Cady's studios, select "Studio." You should have many more dates and times available.
7. On the “Review and Check out” page, you must click “Buy Later” to move on, even if you don’t intend to purchase photos.
8. You may need to register or log in with Cady at this point to check out. Click the two checkboxes for terms and conditions, then you may choose to deselect the marketing model release checkbox. Click the “Continue to Payment” button.
9. Next, enter in student information and hit “place order.”
