The LASA Swim and Dive Team completed at the Region VII Championship this past Friday and Saturday. 35 Raptors participated in the meet. The Boys Team came in 2nd place overall with 343 points, while the girls placed 5th with 233 points. Many competitors achieved PRs at the meet, and the following individuals receive their Region Medals on the Podium:
- Auggie Sefcik - Silver, 200 Free
- Aaron Lee - Bronze, 200 Free and Gold, 500 Free
- Helen Singletary - Bronze, 200 IM and Gold 100 Breast
- Bella Santos - Bronze, 100 Fly
- Isaac Truelove - Bronze, 500 Free
- Elizabeth Bircher - Silver, 1m Diving

- Bronze 200m Medley: Tyler Choedak, Aaron Lee, Zac Hays, Auggie Sefcik
- Sliver 200m Free: Zac Hays, Auggie Sefcik, Justin Shi, Liam McDonald
- Silver 400m Free: Zach Hays, Aaron Lee, Justin Shi, Tyler Choedak
