LASA senior, Henrik Chan, competed at the IPF Subjunior World Championships in Istanbul, Turkey on 9/4. The IPF is the biggest powerlifting federation. In June, Henrik was selected as part of the USA team for the World competition. The competition goes through the squat, bench, and deadlift, with competitors trying to do the most weight possible in each of those categories. At the World Championships competition, Henrik received a bronze medal in the bench press and also a bronze for the team rankings.
