LASA's Ultimate Frisbee team, the Vertikills, is run by students. Normally the team practices Tue/Th after school and participates in scrimmages, local high school tournaments, a UPLA sponsored high school weekend league, and the state tournament sponsored by a national organization, USA Ultimate. There are usually coed/mixed A and B teams. Every interested student is placed on a team with no cuts. This past year the LASA A-team competed in both the mixed and open division at state, coming in second in the mixed division and first overall in the open division.
The LASA Ultimate Frisbee team is a student run competitive club, the team usually has two practices a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4pm to 6pm and Saturdays from 4-6. weekend practices are subject to change in the future. After filling out the form and joining, you will gain access to the slack which will have practice information among other information on tournaments, jerseys and more. All are welcome to join. Name
