Update on LASA Course List 2023-2024
An email was just sent to all new to LASA families with an update on the LASA Course Lists for next year. If you did not receive the email, please search all your inboxes and your spam/junk folder for "Update on LASA Course Lists for 2023-2024" or "LASAadmissions@austinisd.org". If you cannot find it, please email LASAadmissions@austinisd.org with the student name so we can ensure we have the correct email address for you.
Virtual Choice Sheet Meeting Wednesday
If you missed the in-person choice sheet event last Saturday, plan to attend this final (mandatory) opportunity to select your classes for next year. It is mandatory for all new students to have their choice sheets completed by Wednesday night at 10pm. Choice sheets can only be submitted once . If you completed it at Saturday's event, you are done and can ignore the rest of this message. Thank you to those of you that came out to LASA's elective fair and choice sheet presentation this morning. We know that Saturdays can be busy, especially when the weather is so nice. We get this question a lot! LASA Summer Homework/Reading Does LASA have Summer Homework and/or Required Reading? We get this question every year and want to make sure that you know the answer: NO! LASA does not have any summer homework and/or reading assignments. We believe strongly that kids should do other things in the summer - things they want to do, pursue, etc. and we believe they should read things they want to read for fun.
